Who we are
UltraSecure Insurance Agency is an independent Kenyan insurance agency based in Nairobi, with clients in Mombasa and across the country. We act for you, not for the insurer: we assess what you need to protect, compare the options available in the Kenyan market and arrange cover with established insurers licensed by the Insurance Regulatory Authority.
What we do
We arrange and manage insurance for individuals, families and businesses: motor, property, travel, health and medical, marine, and business and commercial cover including WIBA. Once a policy is in place we keep it current, remind you before it lapses and handle claims on your behalf, from the first notification to settlement.
We also take time to explain what a policy does not cover. A client who understands their insurance is a client who is never surprised at claim time.
Where we work
Our office is in Nairobi and most of our clients are in the city: Westlands, Upper Hill, Kilimani, the CBD, Karen, Industrial Area and the wider county. We also serve Mombasa, including Nyali and the island, and clients in Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret and Thika. Quotes, documents and claims are handled on WhatsApp and email, so distance is never a reason not to call us.
